PRIVACY

Minimal, explicit data collection.

Boom Risk does not currently run advertising, analytics or marketing trackers. Personal information is collected only when someone voluntarily subscribes to email updates or sends a contact message.

Email subscriptions

If you subscribe, Boom Risk stores your email address, active status, choices for the weekly briefing, relevant-news digest, signal alerts and downloadable-history interest, the applicable consent version and delivery timestamps. Resend processes the address and message to deliver Boom Risk email. Addresses are not sold or shared with advertisers.

A welcome email is sent after signup. Weekly briefings are sent on Mondays, relevant-news digests are sent daily only when selected, and signal alerts are sent only after a verified change. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing immediately disables all delivery for that address.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, Boom Risk and Resend process your name, email address, selected topic and message so the enquiry can be delivered and answered. Contact details are not added to the briefing list unless you subscribe separately.

Community polls

If you vote in the bullish-or-bearish poll or the AI-leadership poll, Boom Risk stores your choice with a separate random browser identifier in a secure first-party cookie. Each identifier helps one browser count as one current vote and lets you change your answer. Poll identifiers are not connected to your email address, and visitor opinion is never used to alter the risk score or daily evidence assessment.

Operational data

The hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the service. The dashboard separately stores market-data snapshots and email-delivery status.

External sources

Links to SEC, FRED, BEA, Resend and other providers lead to third-party websites governed by their own privacy policies.

Future advertising

If advertising or analytics is introduced, this notice will be updated before activation. Where required, visitors will receive a consent choice before advertising or analytics storage is used. A Google-certified consent platform will be used for relevant EEA, UK and Swiss traffic if Google advertising is enabled.
